CyberOZ welcomes new customers, but you must be 18 years or older to subscribe to a CyberOZ Internet access or service. CyberOZ will issue you with a username and password to access Internet services. It is your responsibility to safeguard this information
Cyberoz Policy and Privacy
- CyberOZ respects your privacy and is committed to
complying with the Privacy Act 1988 of the Australian Government.
- CyberOZ collects and stores sufficient information
about customers to be able to provide Internet services, satisfy Australian
Government regulations, the posting and collection of accounts, and provide
information regarding products and services offered by CyberOZ and other
related third parties. The information collected includes contact names,
addresses, and telephone contact details, and other information related to the
provision of Internet services. CyberOZ also collects credit card information,
as well as direct debit details solely for the provision and payment of
Internet services.
- CyberOZ also collects calling line identification (CLI)
information every time a customer dials our 0198331216 Internet access number.
This information is used and stored to help in the prevention of fraud, and
for billing purposes.
- CyberOZ has security policies in place to protect the
collected personal information of customers. Except where required by
Australian Government law, information will only be distributed to non-related
third parties by customer consent.
- CyberOZ reserves the right to revise or update our
privacy policy. CyberOZ will inform customers by e-mail to their CyberOZ
e-mail account.
